Depois da massa estar levedada forma-se uma bola com um buraco largo no centro. Coloca-se num tabuleiro coberto com papel vegetal forma-se uma bola com um buraco largo no centro, pincela-se o bolo com o ovo batido, </span><span style="background-color: white;">decora-se com as frutas cristalizadas e os frutos secos e deixa-se levedar novamente até duplicar de volume cerca de 30m. text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: arial;">Unta-se com óleo uma tigela, transfere-se a massa e cobre-se com filme plástico. Deixa-se levedar por uma hora até duplicar de tamanho.</span></span></div><div style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: arial;">Depois de levedada, alisa-se a massa em forma oval e começa-se a enrolar uma borda para dentro dela. Rola-se e vira-se de cabeça para baixo e forma-se uma bola. </span></span></div><div style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: arial;">Polvilha-se com farinha uma forma redonda e deixa-se levedar por mais 30 minutos.</span></span></div><div style="background-color: white; text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: start;"><span style="font-family: arial;">Enquanto isso, aquece-se o forno no máximo, depois do pão levedado leva-se a cozer cerca de 30 a 45 minutos (até estar crocante e dourado).</span></span></div><div style="background-color: white;
